Integrating Microsoft Teams with our platform enables users to receive notifications and updates directly in their Microsoft Teams channels. This integration utilizes Microsoft Teams Workflows to streamline communications between our platform and your Microsoft Teams environment.

Prerequisites
Before setting up the integration, ensure you have the following:

- Permission to add connectors to your Microsoft Teams workspace.
Step-by-Step Setup Process
Step 1: Create a Workflow in Microsoft Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to the channel where you want to receive notifications.
- Click on the ellipsis (
...) next to the channel name and select Workflows. - Search for the following Template: Post to a channel when a webhook request is received.
- Enter a name for the workflow and click on Next.
- Select from the dropdowns the Microsoft Teams Team and Microsoft Teams Channel. Click on Add Workflow.
- Copy the webhook URL provided. This URL is used to send notifications from our platform to your Microsoft Teams Channel.
Step 2: Configure the Webhook URL in Our Platform
- Log into your platform and navigate to the Integrations menu, then choose Bots from the available options.
- Click on the ➕ icon to add a new integration. From the list of available integrations, select Microsoft Teams.
- In the configuration panel that appears, paste the previously copied Webhook URL into the designated field labeled “Webhook URL”.
- Configure the specific Wells and define the Schedule that you want to push Cover Sheet to Microsoft Teams.
